Spend your winter season enjoying all the Wilmington/ West Dover region has to offer. Location is ideal to be near Wilmington restaurants and shopping, yet situated where you can cross-country ski or snowshoe along the golf course. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on lower floor, plus a loft with it's own private bathroom. Sleeps 6-8 people. Has an energy efficient pellet stove. Winter renter pays all utilities. No pets. Security deposit required.
