Nice re-do of an older motel

Nice re-do of an older motel. Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Simple breakfast also included. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the size of the bath towels.

This in was such an unexpected find. From the outside it looks like an old fashioned roadside motel but they’ve done a beautiful renovation / upgrade and the rooms are spacious and modern with nice touches like healthy snacks , a good coffee machine, noise machine , super comfy bed. Bathtub is always a nice plus. Second surprise is that breakfast is all homemade and delicious. I mentioned on the phone that a family member has a dairy allergy, and there were 2 dairy free homemade baked goods which tasted great. We will bring our dog next time for sure. The location is beautiful. Also the owners are friendly and kind, they’ve created a wonderful spot.

Berkshire Valley Inn was such a unique and comfortable place to stay. Best: the care taken to provide comfort (wonderful beds!). Sofa in living area had a chaise on one end so me, hub, and pup all watched TV in true 'lounge-like-you're at home' style'. They made sure I had Gluten free options included in their free breakfast...muffins....quiche....yougurt etc. Effortless check in, super dog friendly! My pup had his own bed, bowls, and treats AND dog park!! I could go on....best also- within 30-40 min of all Berkshire attractions! We exhausted ourselves and still didnt see everything! MassMOCA, Norman Rockwell museum, Mt Greylock (drive to gorgeous summit and tower!), sculpture park, West Stockbridge....whew! Great trip! Awesome hosts! Dont pass this by and think its your average motel. View, class, comfort, care.......And clean pool. Thank you so much BVI!

Family fun

I stayed with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. The room was clean and adorable. They have several otems in the room that you can purchase if needed. We did have 2 of the waters. The pool was very clean and had several floats you can use. The breakfast was also good. Choices of fruit, yogurt, scones, pastry, breakfast sandwich and fritotta and they warmed it up. They had coffee and juice also. Separate area for your fur babies. I would recommend this place. It was very welcoming.

Home away from home

Comfortable, friendly, cozy, thoughtfully designed and well-run. The owner has done an amazing job of renovating this classic motel. We stayed in a 3-bedroom family unit that was perfect. Everyone got a bed, we had a kitchen and two bathrooms. This is incredibly rare for this price. The breakfast was tasty. The pool is recently renovated and sparkling. The owner knowledgable about the area and made spot-on recommendations for hiking, running, food, everything. Felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Pamela!

The Berkshire Valley Inn is lovely! Pamela has taken a roadside motel from another era and brought it into the 21st century. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated with everything we needed— comfortable beds, a mini fridge/freezer, and a great shower, with snacks and drinks available for purchase. The daily continental breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options (breakfast sandwiches, pastries, yogurt, fruit). Pamela’s love for the property and warm hospitality shine through! This is a gem in the Berkshires.

This little motel is simply the cutest! With lovely view of the Berkshires and redone in a tasteful vintage style, it’s just right for a cozy stay! The owners were very kind, and I loved how they served a delicious home cooked breakfast in the welcoming lobby.
