This is a very nice hotel. Staff were very pleasant asked for a room away from the lifts which we had and the room was very nice. Large bright breakfast room with a good choice of food. Tables cleared very quickly. Bit of a hike into town around 15 minutes which if you did it twice a day you certainly got your steps in. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel!! The room was spacious and quiet. I heard no city noise and very little noise from the hallway. The bed was super comfortable with soft pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is in an excellent location to where I could walk anywhere I needed. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The staff are the best of all. The shower was excellent with strong water pressure. The room furniture needs updating. They are not clean with obvious stains. The carpeted floor hides dirt too. The gym is extremely small for the size of the hotel. It’s not as shown on website either.

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar und ziemlich zentral. Die Zimmer sind OK...nichts besonderes aber OK. Das Personal im Le Bistrot Restaurant und an der Bar zum größten Teil eine absolute Katastrophe. Unfreundlich, desinteresiert und teilweise frech. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr nett allerdings. Schade, aus dem Hotel könnte man was machen aber....

My disappointment

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. The day before I left the hotel, I paid at the reception for my stay at the hotel in cash and even asked the clerk not to charge an additional payment through the credit card that was given only for security purposes. Of course, the clerk approved it, but to my disappointment, today I see on my credit card charges a charge of over 350 euros for my stay at the hotel. I would like to cancel the charge immediately. Thank you.
