the shuttle was really handy in getting to the airport for your flight or in my case i had a whole day prior to flight and the shuttle took me to subway/metro system which was very convienent other wise it would have been cabs/uber

Very convenient, close to terminal and with regular hotel shuttle service. Can stay near the airport and take trains to downtown Frankfurt, whether just for dinner or spend a day. Breakfast is extra but a nice selection.

Original room above restaurant courtyard on the 2nd floor, cigarette smoke from 15 smokers blows into the room on second floor when open the windows. AC/Heat fan only work in summer/winter. Was given a change of room on the other side of the building. Room comfortable and clean, a bit creepy when open the windows there is a flat roof outside of window and would be easy for someone to walk from other rooms. There are no screens on the windows Menu very limited especially for vegetarian. Hotel had text me specific instructions to meet shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour to the airport. Would use again but would ask for more specific room, one over the courtyard but away from the patio.

There were lots of blood spots on the linen and it was far too hot in the rooms, aircon only provided warm air in April, that is crazy! So, in fact the aircon couldn’t be used. Definetely not a four star hotel.

It was a very nice hotel. I arrived around 8 PM and was very hungry, and I was so pleased to see a very nice restaurant still serving food that late. The room was immaculate and comfortable.

It’s a nice enough airport hotel. But beware when you count on the airport shuttle. The shuttle is too small. You may not make it in, coming or going. Returning to the airport they called us a taxi. Going to the hotel a lot of people didn’t fit in and had to wait or pay for taxi. It’s really not good. And another problem: there are several nh hotels with different shuttles. Make sure you take the correct one! They don’t mention that in their messages. In the onslaught on the bus this is a problem. Our a/c in the room didn’t work.
