Too close to downtown bars. Not the cleanest, room very worn down, damaged to room present. They request a $200 damage deposit from us on check-in. Laundry room was very dirty and not taken care of.Internet and TV was okay.

Great location! Hotel needs some upgrades but we knew that from previous reviews. Our only issue with the hotel itself were little things like not having enough towels and the amount of conversation needed to get 1 more. There does seem to be a lot of late night activity outside from the bars and some tenants.

Worst hotel experience

Check-in was good Had some parking options for a truck with a trailer. Is located in the bar area of town. There were a lot of drunk people I was traveling with my family and there was a fight in the hallway right next to our room and they sprayed a whole can of bear mace. Which affected my two month old and three year-old greatly. They needed to be seen by ambulance and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. I plan to get my money back and I hope the hotel is willing to cooperate. I think the hotel should do better as far as allowing these people to stay. I am aware that they do not foresee this happening, but the people were very intoxicated when they showed up and it could’ve been prevented if there was some security or some sort of monitoring going on.

It’s un-safe. People started fighting in the hall and set off bear spray, front desk didn’t want to deal with it so had to call the fire department to get it aired out. This was in the middle of the night.

This hotel does not deserve even 2 stars. We were woken late at night by someone because the front desk had given someone else a key. This other person has the same first name. The front desk did not check closely enough and our safety and security were at risk. The hotel was located in a very sketchy area. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

The property is very dated needs some major updating old beds sink and bath tub had rusty drains and very old fixtures although the room was clean it was not comfortable would not stay there again unless updated.

Rundown, areas inside flooded, staff was bad

Extremely run down. Pools of water on the carpeted floors, staff didn’t understand how to make change for their laundry (refused to exchange quarters for a Canadian dollar coin but would exchange a paper dollar for one…?), bed was hard as a rock, most outlets in the room didn’t work, most only worked if you had the bathroom fan and lights on so we had to sleep all night with them on to charge our phones

I had to buy a candle to try and get rid of the smell of pot-urine-mold-the ad on Expedia is not the same as the building - drunks partying outside the room - not at all worth $200 per night they should of paid me to stay there

Choose another place.

This hotel was definitely not as I expected. First parking was a nightmare. The only door to the facility was the front door that did not even open all the way the bathroom sink was cracked, and overall the room was dirty the staff and the bed and bed linens were excellent though. I was supposed to stay tonight and elected to leave after the first night . It just did not feel safe overall the hotel did refund my pet fee and my second night lodging when asked so that was good.
