Our plane was delayed so we landed at 2:30 am. The shuttle driver greeted us cheerily and the folks at reception were courteous and helpful. Five stars except for construction next door which didn’t bother us but might bother some.

Although I overall enjoyed my stay, the Hotel lobby is VERY small and cramped. If there are 4 people (and luggage) checking in/out, you can hardly get around or in the door. The seating/waiting area is the same. The elevator & hallways are also small, narrow and cramped, but to be expected I suppose, in a hotel of this age. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Parking is not great; expect to pay per hour for parking in front of the hotel (and the city DOES have parking ticketers!) up until 5pm each day. And the conditions (winter) are very icy and rough, so hard to wheel any luggage.
