We stayed at this property on 2 consecutive weekends. The first weekend we were given a king size wheelchair accessible room on the quiet side of the hotel and we loved the room. This past weekend we were given a room with 2 queen sized beds. The bathroom sink was located separate to the toilet and shower which we didn’t like. Getting up to use the toilet during the night means we disturb our partner when we wash our hands afterwards. We also found the room very noisy with the sounds from the road making it hard to sleep and the bright long evenings were only blocked partially by the blinds…there is a large space on either side of the blinds and this time of year it allowed the room to stay very bright all night long. That’s the room…food and staff were great though.

Property was very clean and new. The room had everything we needed and the kitchen was wellstocked with dishes, cutlery etc. The front desk staff were very friendly and always willing to assist us. The loction of the hotel is very convenient with restaurants and shops nearby.

Great newer hotel in Whitehorse!! I wish I knew of this option three years ago. Clean, new, great suite set up, great front desk service to give us directions and to be flexible with the accommodations we needed. I highly recommend!

Great spacious room. Had shower chair and a bench so was disability friendly, if needed. The one downside was the blinds were not great so it was SO bright, all night long due to the beautiful midnight sun.

This is the most expensive hotel in Whitehorse so I would have assumed more of a premium aspect to my stay. The hallways and rooms feel cold and unwelcoming. Like a hospital. Since this is the land of the midnight sun, I would have expected window blinds that blocked the light from outside. My room had roller blinds that left an inch gap on both sides and top and bottom. It was like a spot light shining in the room. The parking lot is small and the spaces are very narrow, making it hard to maneuver. In spite of this they still allow trucks and camper vans to park there making it even more difficult. There is no housekeeping service unless you request it. Even then it's only every second day. They don't mention this at check in, you have to read the sign posted in the elevator. Overall, this hotel was a total disappointment for what the room cost was. I'll never stay there again.
