Disliked: Cleanliness
I booked a room for 3 people, specifically wrote 3 on the reservation, we had 2 towels. Yes we went and asked for more, but they knew the reservation was for 3...
We assumed they would of brought fresh towels when cleaning the room. I guess daily cleaning isn't a service offered at this hotel? As we did not get a daily cleaning.
Not once, but twice they texted me, asking what time I was checking out, the night before. I don't know, when we wake up. I promise we understand checkout time and won't go past it. But amazing how eager they were to clean the room then.
There were two outlets. One in the one sink bathroom, and one by the two queen beds. That's it.
We had one working light over the two queen beds.
The bathroom light didn't really like to work.
The carpets were gross.
There were no hooks to hang wet towels.
One of our key cards to get into the room didn't work.
Be careful as you turn onto hotel grounds, there is a pothole the size of an suv waiting for you.
I gave this a 2 star, simply because the beds appeared to be clean when we arrived and I genuinely hate giving anyone a 1 star. That was the only saving grace.
