There were water leak buckets in the lobby. The first room they sent me to had not been serviced. The room I stayed in had a stopped up toilet that overflowed. The people were kind and friendly. The building, though relatively new, seems in need of maintenance.

I was attending a family reunion in Wheeling and chose to stay here because it was more economical than the reunion venue. This hotel was an excellent choice for my weekend stay. The room had all the amenities I needed, it was clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is conveniently located from the Freeway. Overall rooms are clean and staff friendly. Only hiccup we experienced during our stay was that the room keys and the TV was not working during the second night of our stay, this was rectified the next evening.

Lost our electronic tooth brush at the hotel. Called the same day. They say they did not find it. We definitely left it in the room. Cleaning stuff either did not see it or did not hand it in. Front desk did not offer to double check. Not very helpful stuff and low quality of service.
