We booked a room with a large jetted tub in it which was nice when we got back to the room after our concert was also convenient to have breakfast the next morning not a lot to choose from but what was available wasn’t bad

I was shocked by this hotel stay…the rooms were very dirty, the entire hotel smells like an ashtray and a 1 night stay was 200.00$ that’s crazy! It seems very obvious that you price gouge due to the concert venue and do not come close to offering a clean comfortable stay.

Clean and Affordable

Clean and affordable simply explains it perfectly. For the price, location, staff friendliness, and amenities they have to offer, this hotel is decent! Super close for the perfect overnight stay after a concert too.

The hot tub was not functional. Our room phone was not functional. The bath tub does not plug properly to take a bath. A few seedy people/employees hanging out in areas that made us question our privacy. Not once during our stay did we receive housekeeping services. The hotel is still using covid as an excuse to provide expected hotel services. I have stayed at this hotel a couple times. My suggestion is to stay at one of the two other hotels next door. It's like they just don't care about hospitality here.

Brown water in jacuzzi

We rented this specific room for the jacuzzi and when we turned in the water it was very brown. We let the water run for a while and still the jacuzzi was not very clean. Very disgusting and disappointing. Not worth the price we paid for the room.

Great little getaway.

My daughter and I enjoyed the weekend in the pool, and going out shopping. Lots of nice shop right by the hotel. Breakfast each day was delightful 😊 beds were comfortable and clean. Rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. Will stay again!

Took my grandkids there we live local, but thought we would spend a rainy day at the hotel with a pool. They had a wonderful time. The pool just needs some work otherwise it was perfect for our needs
