Weston-super-Mare Beachfront Accommodation

The staff were lovely, the hotel you could tell was once beautiful in its hay day but although it's had a clean paint job it was in need of some tlc. Our room was big and clean but bizarrely the plugs in the main room didn't work if you turned the light off?? We did not mension this to the staff as it was late when we found out and other than not being able to charge our phone it wasn't really a problem. The main disappointment was for the price, the rooms did not offer air con and were very hot with just one fan provided for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We were going to a festival at the castle so it was fantastic in location. The overall experience was good, but expected more for what we paid. But again the reception staff, waiting staff and the cleaning crew where all really great !!!!

Great location, steps from the seafront. Clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff. Ate in the bar downstairs, excellent food & menu. Car parking onsite a huge bonus. Thank you to all at Royal for a great stay.

Perfect for me, will definitely stay again. Bathroom could do with a refurb but the sea view, free parking and decent free WiFi made up for that! Brilliant to have a fan in the room during such a hot spell - much appreciated. The staff were great too.
