Westhampton Beach Holiday Packages

First night I had a leak in my room. I left around 7pm returned around 11pm and it appeared that the leak happened the whole time I was gone. I went to notify the front desk but no one was there. Maybe 30mins later the receptionist whom worked the night of 8/24 came in late. After telling her my issue she then told me to wait in the seating area then tried downgrade me from a king room to a double bed while insisting that it was an upgrade. After the leak stopped I asked for housekeeping and no one came so I had to put a bunch of towels down to clean the water. I then asked for a manager and no manager was on site nor were they scheduled to even come in. Then when housekeeping came she notified me that there was no note or report mentioning the leak in the room. The lack of communication and accommodation is very unacceptable.

The rooms are small which is totally fine. The customer service was not all that great except for the one staff member who actually helped us get a fan. The plumbing was messed up and had no hot water, AC, or ice. And they had no way of saying how long it would be that way. The elevators are very tiny and hold only a couple of people with luggage. Room was clean but other than the one helpful staff member, that was all they had going for them.
