Great place in Eugene

I go to Eugene fairly often and this was the1st time I've stayed @ the Courtesy Inn and it was very nice. Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. A little dated but just what you'd expect from a hotel of this age. Definitely stay here again.

Came to Sacramento for NCAA Track and Field Championships so hotel was near Amtrak and 30 minute walk to meet. A few good restaurants nearby. Grossly overpriced due to Event and U of Oregon graduation. Just your basic budget hotel room. Had to ask twice for help with free TV

It’s not the Ritz, but it is a great independent motel in downtown Eugene. Staff was friendly, room was spotless, beds were comfy, and parking was easy. Great place for a quick stay.

Not as great as they make it seem.

The place was ok. Management made us feel like if we moved too quickly/loudly tht we wld be kicked out or charged a fee. Had to pay $250 dep which is rediculous. They say its back within 3-6 bizz days but we r well over a week and a half and still nothing!!!.Breakfast is a crappy grab and go which isnt advertised as such.
