very clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. However, the pet fee ($50/pp/pn) and pet rules (a list of nine rules) are too much. if you don't have pets, it's a fine place to stay in a good location, close to everything and on the river.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. The upgraded coffee machine results in a real cup of coffee versus brown water. Breakfast was also great. Eggs and bacon were cooked the way I like them. For this stay, the weather was cold, but when it is nice, eating on the patio overlooking the river is great too.
