All staff were friendly and as helpful as they could possibly could be. However one staff member did stand out “Yasser” in Reception, who was truly unwell but was desperately trying to hide it, with the biggest smile. He was so helpful and understanding when I asked if it was possible for a “quiet” room as my son is autistic…. He gave us a great room. Clean room, good location and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was replenished constantly, it can get very busy so there may be a short wait for a table however you can wait in the lobby. The leisure center is good however when we were there the hot tub was not working.

At checkin failed to pre authorise payment card, which led to confusion ordering meal. My room number was taken but one of the servers then knocked on my door for payment with a card machine! No reminder of the free canapes or drinks between 5-7pm. There was a tiny message on a sheet of paper with the menu on on the reverse side. I was charged for my meal but I would have eaten & drunk for free. Annoyed
