We stayed 3 nights. Quiet, unique Inn with three levels in a New England heritage-style building. One thing... if you can't climb stairs, check first to see if your room is on the first floor. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay in The Clark Suite. Very easy check in and helpful staff. West Stockbridge is a quaint town, easy to walk about and wonderful dinner/ice cream options. The Shaker Inn provided Gluten Free options for breakfast including fresh oj, fruit and great coffee. The room/bathroom were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Charming stay in the Berkshires

Only regret is that we did not stay longer! The inn was lovely, and the surrounding gardens were beautiful. With little ground light, we were surrounded by the universe in a way the city doesn’t allow

We love the location and the lay out, and were happy with the no-fuss self check in. They advertised that breakfast was included and we were a little put off to have plastic wrapped donut, bagel & muffin and then found an asparagas piece of quich for each in the fridge which was meh Maybe have choices on the reservation form.

The hospitality and attentiveness was outstanding. Both John and his wife Patti were there for any needs we had. I had by accident via Expedia set my arrival date for a day later than we arrived. When we got to Shaker I discovered this. John accommodated us nevertheless. The grounds were great and the morning breakfast was welcoming.

Very cute and clean room. After driving all day we were so happy to see all muffins, scones, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, strawberries, milk, OJ, hot chocolate and coffee already in the room for breakfast the next day. We had a great stay, thank you!

Overall we were happy and chose to ignore the mold in the yogurt and the lack of cleaning services. What really prompted this review is that we left an article in the room and it went missing by cleaning staff.

The room was nice but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and hard. We thought when breakfast was included it would be delivered to our room or there would be a buffet option. It was just egg sandwiches in the fridge. No staff were on the property we had called and no one had answered. The town was nice at least.
