Room was good and staff were nice. Breakfast was a disaster. Someone didn't show up apparently. No coffee for an hour after breakfast start time. No eggs, no breakfast sandwiches. Just a few bagels and yogurt.

Nice hotel with a few hiccups

New hotel with large and nicely designed rooms. Comfortable bed (with unusually good pillows) and blackout curtains made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was definitely above average for this class of hotel, but still not as good as the average was pre-COVID. My only major complaint was the shower: the water pressure in our 4th floor shower was terrible, almost unusable, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were both completely empty.

This is a nice hotel if you are doing anything at Purdue University. My overall experience was good. The only downfall is that the people next to me were really loud late into the night, but that is not the hotel's problem.

I checked in on Thursday. My room was not cleaned on Saturday like they had said. I had to ask for clean towels and toiletries on two ocassions. After reporting this several times it was finally cleaned 12:30 pm on Monday just hours before I checked out at 4:00 am Tuesday morning.

Kitchen was missing a few sets of dishes. Items in dishwasher was still dirty. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was disappointing as was very understocked with limited choices.

Very clean room and facilities. Really enjoyed the breakfast options and the gym. The location was fantastic since it was close to campus.
