Seasonal winter rental! This great, comfortable home has been beautifully renovated. Warm Vermont decor style, two large living areas, great location in Dover, minutes from Mount Snow and restaurants. Gorgeous new kitchen with white cabinets, granite counters, and tile floor; refurnished living rooms and bedrooms, wood paneling painted in light airy colors. All 3 bathrooms have been renovated this summer. This home is a great spot to spend the ski season. Close to several Dover restaurants, the house is located on a forested street, so you have privacy plus proximity. Two bedrooms plus an office with pull-out couch are on the main floor. Two more bedrooms plus another family room and bathroom are downstairs. CALL DUTCH RENTALS TO DISCUSS. Plowing is included. Renter pays all utilities. MUST be 28 or older to rent this property.
