There was smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. My bed had a divot on one side so the mattress was due for replacement. The hotel in the amenities stated that there was a coffee/tea maker in each room that is not the case. I inquired from the front desk when I found that there was not one in my room to be told that Diamond members get the coffee maker but there was coffee 24/7 in the lobby. If this is the case the coffee/tea maker needs to be taken off the amenities list. The walls are thin as I could hear everything going on in my neighbors room from their conversation to the hair drying running.

Clean, lots of extra space , very comfortable, even luxurious and excellent overall. The usb ports near the bed weren’t working but I don’t think that’s worth taking any stars off. I brought my own charger and that was fine. The bed was very good , I don’t normally sleep comfortably in one night stay hotels but I slept great here. Good amount of pillows per bed too. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The dove soap, hand wash and lotion were a really nice touch too. It cost a bit more than what I usually pay for a single night stay on a roadtrip but my family and I felt it was worth it and want to stay here again on our next trip in this direction.

I double paid for my room and never received my refund that I was told be given. I booked early November through Afterpay I get to the hotel Friday evening and someone has deleted the virtual card so they made pay an additional $116 after I had already paid $163. I was told Michelle would issue me a refund for the $116 and I have yet to receive it.
