Located in the Hampshire village of Clanfield, Sunbury Cottage is a spacious 2-bedroom bungalow with living room/diner, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine plus the addition of a lovely conservatory that overlooks the courtyard garden.

Located just minutes from the wonderful Queen Elizabeth Country Park and on the door of Butser hill this is the perfect retreat for couples, friends or families looking to embrace Hampshire’s beautiful countryside with lots of beautiful walks and cycling trails. Mountain bikes can be safely stored at the property and an outdoor hose is available for cleaning those dirty tyres.
Sunbury is perfectly located for exploring what the South Coast has to offer. Just a 10-minute drive from the market town Petersfield and 30 minutes from the Goodwood Estate, known for its racing, golfing and horse racing and home to the famous Festival of Speed and Revival. Within easy reach are beaches at Hayling Island, Southsea and West Wittering’s and just a 10-minute drive from the nautical city of Portsmouth with Spinnaker Tower, designer outlet shopping and waterside dining at Gunwharf Quays.
