I called as checking in late and when called 24 hours prior, I was told to call back on Friday. When arrived the room was very hot 80 degrees and had to go back down and change rooms. The room seemed more dated than the pictures. It was not as expected.

Very disappointed in the staff having trouble getting my key I waited for 30 minutes and being a Marriott autograph collection, which is I went to a lot of places when I entered the room. I was shocked to see the state of everything in the room between the bathroom with so much caulking around the bathtubs, the lamp on the hallway almost falling down for the amount of money that they ask for the room I was expecting something way better

Absence of room number in the corridor outside my room. I had to go back and forth then try the key to make sure it was indeed my room. It appears the number fell off and wasn’t replaced.

As soon as we checked in there were free libations in the lobby. We loved their Old Fashions. Cute hotel convenient to everything. Staff was very friendly!
