I had requested a single bed through my booking, yet I was given a twin bed instead in both of my rooms. When I approached the front desk, the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of offering any explanation, alternative options, or even an apology, they simply repeated that the hotel was “overbooked.” Their attitude made the situation even more frustrating, and at no point did anyone attempt to help, accommodate, or provide a reasonable solution. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially after making a clear request in advance.

Very beautiful views of landmarks, clean, very friendly staff. Stayed for thanksgiving so we got the thanksgiving feast and it was not very good at all, especially for the price. Our tub was old looking and caved in in the middle and there was various cosmetic issues but overall i would stay again! Just wish there was a pool.

Hotel is amazing! From the cleanliness to the amazing staff to the location! Easy access to downtown DC and Maryland. Literally anywhere you want to go is within a reasonable time. I ended up here after an appointment was postponed and stayed 2 additional days because my family was comfortable and we enjoyed not only our stay but the never ending entertainment nearby! Thank you Sheraton for such a warm welcome and pleasant stay!
