Room that we were checked into was not clean and door was open. New room was average at best and hot like 80 in there. AC would not work. They compensated us our parking fee.

I had a few problems at check in . They gave me the wrong key to the wrong room . Then when I got a new key to another room the room was not ready and was still being cleaned . I ended up being late to an event that day . They did upgrade my room due to the inconvenience. Which I do appreciate but it was very frustrating at check-in for me . First time I had to go through that . This was also my first time staying here.

When I was at the airport, I called to see if transportation was coming. They never answered the phone so I had to Uber to the airport after waiting an hour and a half. Once I arrived at the property, one of the staff members did not try to accommodate me staying in the east building, but one of the other staff members did help me. Dinner was horrible and wings was too salty and my cheese sticks was cold. I was very disappointed during my stay.
