I knew it’s a good stay before I booked it. But I didn’t expect it to be a such amazing place. Brand new, my favorite modern style design. Amazing view especially when you have DC view room. Everybody is so nice, super nice. Cafeteria downstairs, so sad it isn’t real Starbucks, I was expecting to use my points. But it’s fine. Try the food and the egg Benedict is great. Metro is 2 mins work. Amazing stay no matter for business or pleasure. Next time I came back to DC, definitely will book again.

I love the decor of the room! The contemporary design and rich tones appealed to my creative spirit. My reservation of this room received the approval of both of my adult daughters who have higher standards than mine so that says a lot.

Our new favorite place to stay near Georgetown. The valets, housekeeping, and maintenance staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, easy, efficient. Room had everything we needed and view of Washington Monument, Key Bridge, and sunrise were excellent. Will happily stay again. Easy walk to metro. Relatively easy walk from Georgetown.

Stay somewhere else.

My room had no closet — and no place to hang my clothes without ruining them. When I asked the front desk for assistance — or to be moved to a room where I could hang my clothes — they were no help and brought the manager out to speak with me. He was a tall arrogant angry Millennial man with an attitude. He made it very clear he had no interest in solving the problem — or with customer satisfaction — and told me there were no other rooms left. He said I should have Hotels.com find me another hotel. He intimated since I was a customer through Hotels.com I was beneath his notice and my issues were beneath him. I was being punished for using Hotels.com. This hotel’s refusal to solve my problem in any way (how about bringing a coat rack to my room??) soured my 1st day so badly my 4 day stay was unpleasant — despite being in a brand new, well appointed, obviously expensive Hilton hotel. There was also no armchair in the room to relax in and the lighting was dreadful! There were no amenities to speak of — such as bottled water …. or even a clock. I also spent the week wearing wrinkled clothes. I will never stay at Hilton again and will advise all my business colleagues to avoid this hotel.
The only place to hang clothes has a metal bar through the middle — wrinkling anything that hangs there.

Top tier quality in every aspect. Nice view from my 24th floor. Employees treat you with high respect. I’ve had such a quiet peaceful night. It also welcomed me with my name displayed in the tv as soon as i got there. Cleanliness 10/10

The place was very clean and is in a convenient location. Staff there wasn’t very accommodating and it felt as if you were bothering them when asking a question. Water situation for non gold members is ridiculous. Expensive price to stay and doesn’t include something simple like water. Had to buy water bottle at their store for $4 each every day. That’s the solution they gave me. When asking for late checkout, the lady sounded frustrated that I was asking! It felt as if she was car salesman on late checkout with the way she responded (her name was Marquita). I probably won’t stay again because of the staff. The bellhop sagging his pants was unprofessional as well.

It is a beautiful and new hotel, unfortunately, staffs are not trained well, for example, bed wasn’t made even after we complained, there isn’t extra toilet paper other than the one in the holder. I felt like we stayed in a 3 stars or below hotel, quite disappointed!
