The shower head was literally held up with tape against the wall. The toilet wasn’t working on night 1 and their solution was to give me a plunger, which I had to use anytime I wanted to flush.

Cleaning staff tried to use my Netflix after I checked out. There is a sign that says; All apps will be automatically signed out after check out. I signed out of Netflix after I finished watching a show last night, thankfully!! While traveling home I received a text with a confirmation code to be put into the Television in my room to access Netflix. How? I wasn't there! Sadly, dishonest people are everywhere, be aware of this hotel
