Liked: Room comfort, communication

Convenient place to stay

Older place that I would stay again but it has pros and cons. Not the cleanest and needs some TLC. Downstairs area not cooled well. Nice kitchen and TV package. Convenience to a Target, 5 Guys, Chipotle, Cava and &pizza, all a 2 minute walk. Metro station is a 10 minute walk which allowed us to skip rental car but that does wear on you at end of week if you are walking a bunch in DC. Nice futon style couch to bed and washer/dryer on site.
