This property seemed ideal for my family who needed a last minute stay. We booked for 2 nights. However, when we arrived to check in there was a very strong odor of marijuana in the hallways as we found the apartment. Upon arrival, the apartment appeared clean but upon further inspection we found stains on 2 of the comforters, hair on the bed sheets and no washcloths in the unit. When I contacted the host, they told me there was no need for them to specifically state that washcloths weren't included and that we could purchase them on our own if we wanted to. The bathroom tile was painted over and is peeling. Also the hot/cold water faucets in the hallway bathroom are VERY tricky to manage. It either goes very hot or icy cold but never a middle temperature. We were charged a $175 cleaning fee but it doesn't seem like our unit was thoroughly cleaned before we entered the space. I also never thought that a basic amenity such as a washcloth needed to be explicitly stated in order to ensure we have them for our stay. DISAPPOINTING!
