First stay at this location

Quality Inn has some of the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered in a hotel anywhere. They smiled, spoke kindly, and were super helpful from the front desk to housekeeping staff. It seems like an older property that has been renovated, but it was super clean and comfortable.

Great staff, ok hotel

Christy at the front desk was so sweet and amazing! Our first room smelled like dog and she moved us promptly to a new room. As for the property, things were dated but clean. Beds weren't very comfortable, but bedding was clean. Overall good value for the price

The hotel was in a good location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When we walked into our first room, the temperature was on 61. When we turned it up to 70 the room immediately had a bad smell. The front desk staff was able to change our room, which we were grateful for. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was not very busy. There were 4 guests in the dining area during breakfast. Breakfast was okay. They had 2 types of cereal, some type of egg and what looked like sausage links, juice, milk, bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, etc. I understand it is difficult to fix food for people when you aren't sure how many will eat and you don't want to waste it. There was an indoor pool but we did not have time to swim. Overall, it worked for a 1 night stay.

Everything was great from the breakfast to the pool. The pool was one of the cleanest I had used in a hotel, there was no floating hair in the water or other questionable things. The breakfast was good pretty avarage had decent options

Keycards deactivated at 10:30 with checkout being at 11 resulting in less time to ensure all belongings were gathered. Unable to get back in, i checked my luggage to see if I had everything, I did not. I called to advise I would return in a couple hours to retrieve the items that were left. I was placed on hold and advised there was a single sock and a tube of makeup. The items that were left totaled over 200 dollars. No issues with hotel itself.
