I didn’t like that you couldn’t swim in the ocean at the hotel, no laundry service, no shuttle available when flight came in. The staff was very friendly

Staff not very welcoming made ride comment. Room not as expected. Paid for ocean view and got partial ocean view and ended up changing rooms three times. Expensive prices for average food.
