The facility said it was a smoke free facility. But honestly, the whole hotel smell like cigarettes. The elevator, hallway, dining area. It just all smelled like smoke. Encountered a couple of small cockroaches. Smoke alarm was removed.

All of the people that work here ate awesome, the way houskeeping just keeps picking up the garbage. People ALWAYS trash every place they go like they're privileged or something. It's rather annoying to see.

Booked 3 weeks before getting there and the over booked! It was kind of a good thing the hotel was very dirty and trash all around outside and inside trash cans full, counters were sticking and dusty, Mgr. was very rude. Looked like letting friends and family stay there and the desk was so un-organized.

Staff was super helpful and kind. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The only thing wrong was the desk chair had dead bugs on it. I didn’t find any anywhere else in the room, just on the chair. Despite that, I would stay here again

DO NOT stay at this Super 8, they’re awful.

I didn’t even get into my room and immediately left. It smelled like urine in the lobby, and while the guy at the front desk was nice and tried to help me check in early, the manager was horribly rude, unprofessional, and honestly just a mess. I don’t even care that I couldn’t check in early (that’s a normal thing, I wasn’t upset about that), but the fact that she was so rude turned me away. It’s not like they have a great spot to be able to act that way. I don’t care if she had a rough fight with her boyfriend (in front of the hotel for the lobby to see btw). I had to get rescued by an Uber to get to a new hotel, and he apparently has had to rescue MANY a person from this exact Super 8. My new hotel also couldn’t get me in early, but the fact that they were kind, clean, accommodating, understanding, and even HELD MY LUGGAGE made me stay with them. Even though I spent $200 more there. Go to Hotel Indigo, they’re great. Never booking with Super 8 ever again. If you’re on a tight budget, save up a little more and go somewhere else.
