The property was close to Baylor University. Wish there were uber or taxis available. Especially, with a major event. Food should have steno's to keep food hot. Rooms should have a small pad and at least one pen. Front desk personal were outstanding.

Moldy AC unit

It’s a very nice hotel. The AC unit was moldy. We had to turn off the unit so that it would not blow on us. My HVAC husband said the coils need to be cleaned.

One elevator was off and took 30 minutes to get a Bell cart and get back to room to check out? it was like leaving a cruise ship

The hotel looked newish and the room was updated. The bathroom only had one light and it was fairly dim with no vanity light. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from several restaurants and the Silo district. The highway traffic noise is quite high since it’s so close to it but can be diminished by leaving the a/c on.

You get what you pay for

Location is close to attractions and restaurants but also next to the hood (a block away). Hotel was clean but not quiet - we heard road noise all night long, despite being at the very rear of the building. Breakfast was incredibly underwhelming, just a sad little meal (we skipped breakfast all together on day two). Bed was not comfortable. Fridge and microwave worked well. Very mixed bag.
