Staff was very courteous. However, none of the thermostats in the room were not functioning. The water in the shower was lukewarm, and the breakfast food was distasteful. The room was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. The TV’s, however were very difficult to navigate with the menu guides.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. Room pricing was good. Only negatives to our stay was the room had a terrible smell on the second day we were there. We ran the air conditioning to help alleviate the smell but it took some time. Also, the noise from the I-35 freeway made sleeping difficult.

The property entrance was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was not very clean, it had a strong odor that appeared to be masking foul odors. The bed sheets were very wrinkled and it was questionable if they were washed. We were only there for one night and it was very quick so the room did its job. The major advantage was the location was very close to our venue.

Easy access. Comfortable bed, soft sheets and towels. Large suite room. AC struggled to maintain temp. Really annoying hurdles to access “free” WiFi (sign up for their program or watch a video - repeatedly because it kept kicking me off). Wouldn’t attempt to work from the room on WiFi.
