Located on Austin Avenue in the heart of Downtown Waco, we are quite literally steps from an endless selection of shopping, restaurants and entertainment options.

- 5 minute walk - The Magnolia Silos and the Finderey are both a 5 minute walk from our door, with lots of other great shopping opportunities in between.
- 2 miles or less - Baylor University, McLane Stadium, Cameron Park and the Cameron Park Zoo are all less than 2 miles from our property.

You truly cannot ask for a better location in the Waco area.

Our expansive private balcony offers views of downtown Waco and the upcoming Magnolia Hotel. Featuring spacious outdoor living and outdoor dining areas as well as a firepit, it's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax after a day of exploring. In addition to our private balcony, the property also features a shared 3rd floor balcony with an outdoor television and 360 degree views of Downtown Waco.

The condo was beautifully decorated and offered plenty of space. It was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful attention to detail and all the essentials provided, including an abundance of plush towels, comfortable pillows and bedding, and a well-stocked coffee bar. The gourmet kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. Communication with the owner was excellent before and throughout the stay, and the check in process was seamless with easy access to the property.

Such a fabulous property. Extremely nice and comfortable with every amenity that you could possibly need. The host had great communication with me, walking distance to so many things, including the Magnolia market, Dr Pepper museum, etc. plus lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent parking. We felt very safe. Loved the balcony. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Excellent, well maintained and beautifully decorated condo that is perfect with two master suites and full functional balcony with furnishings and grill across the back. Beds were comfy and plenty of additional beds and deddingbif needed. Glad to have the covered parking since the weather was stormy. Loved the location, as well, since it's within walking distance of so many restaurants and main attractions. It was such a nice touch that when we arrived the ice maker was full, drinks were set out to make, and coffee was plentiful. Felt like home! We had an amazing stay here and will look forward to staying here in the future!

We stayed in unit 4 which had a wonderful well equipped private balcony. The apartment was clean, well-lit and well maintained. The kitchen was beautiful, modern looking and well equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also wonderful and had access to the private balcony. The location in downtown Waco was wonderful with just a short drive to the Silos, across the street from Hotel1928 and within easy walking distance of several restaurants. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Waco.

This property was amazing! The location is perfect, close walking to everything Magnolia and a cute shopping area. Now for the details. Dedicated covered parking, pretty much two masters because the hall bath opens to the second bedroom, very spacious, very clean, secure entrances, decorated very nicely and TV’s that actually work without having to fiddle with them. And the beds deserve a review of their own! So comfy that I was searching for the tags so I can recreate it in my guest bedrooms at home, one of the best beds I’ve had on vacation. The owner has obviously taken great care to ensure a premium stay. Highly recommend this place!

No wonder the reviews are so good here! Such a great place to stay. So clean and perfectly spacious. The large deck was our favorite and were thankful the weather cooperated to make it so pleasant to use. What we didnt know was what a prime location it ended up being. Plenty of cute shops and restaurants, coffee spots nearby and a spa right across the street! We this place.

This is a great home/location. You are able to walk to lots of great spots from the home. The Silos, Dr Pepper Museum and tons of restaurants. Especially loved the patio, the weather was perfect for hanging out in the mornings and evenings.
