Wyndham Hotels - accommodation in Viti Levu

Our first night at urban sugar we sat and they didnt gave us drinks menu then we had to wait more than an hour for our food we ordered starter and mains but the starter and 1 main came and other took another 15 mins server said oh we messed up your order on some other table. It simply shows that they are very unorganized nobody knows who they are serving food was ok. Then next morning at Harvest we asked for a table outside apparently it was reserved they said but there was no signs. The buffet breakfast was really good had lots of healthy choices. Some FNB staffs have attitude not sure why only 1 person from FNB was very good JOJI I personally Tipped him for his Service. We paid upto 2k fjd to experience the place but it was not what we expected. Management needs to keep an eye on service staffs and train them. I have been working in hospitality sector for 15years now never in Fiji i experienced this kinda service. Porters Front desk a 10/10 Food 6/10 Service staff 2/10 Housekeeping 8/10

Very welcome property . Great shuttle access to airport located over the road. Got email that i Forgot my charger and got it back on return stay. Grateful Vinaja thank you
