The check in staff not helpful or pleasant. When asked about things to do they handed me a pamphlet and told me to scan. Instead of telling me of places to go in the area like the music in the park or the concert at the water front (which were fabulous) or the restaurants a block away. Very disappointed in this hotel in the area of customer service. Not a smile or a welcome was shared. When we asked about the walk ability to the capital they didn’t offer direction or the safest route to go. Thanks to google for its help. Overall the hotel was great for sleeping but not for its helpful staff.

The hotel lobby is clean amd very nice looking. The staff were all very kind and even greated you when you walked by. Check in/out was easy. The parking is not onsite which we did not know about and cost us extra money. The room itself was really just ok. The breakfast made up foe it.
