It’s just average. No older than it is, it’s a little dated already. Our room had recent drywall repairs not painted yet. Toilet seat was damaged but still usable. Carpet stains everywhere in all the rooms I’ve stayed. Super convenient and cheap. I’ll come back but certainly would like to see them step up their game a bit
