You will be welcomed by Giuliano, a very charismatic person with great experience in hospitality and catering, who is happy to offer advice to anyone. He is also the owner of a nearby pizzeria.



In the south of Sardinia, the charming "Villa Erica" welcomes you with the cozy apartment "Cindy" in the small village of Villa San Pietro. The 75m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib can be provided on request. A furnished balcony where you can have a relaxing breakfast while enjoying the view is also part of the apartment. In the shared outdoor area, a large terrace and a well-kept garden with olive trees await you. From the house owner you can get valuable tips and homemade products, such as honey, jam, fruits or oil. Due to the good location between the sea and the mountains, the apartment is not only the ideal starting point for a beach vacation, but also for hiking or biking tours.
