This hotel is very impressive! My wife and I found it online and it exceeded our highest expectations! Beautiful property, great service, great locations, and top restaurants there in the piazza. When we go back to Cagliari, we will definitely be going back to this hotel!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Booking sites list the property as offering 24-hour room service, and the in-room QR code menu clearly suggests that food can be ordered at any time. However, when I attempted to order food at around 11:30 pm on 2nd October, I was informed that only drinks were available. When I raised this with a manager, he was dismissive rather than helpful. Eventually, they agreed to send a club sandwich with fries, but when the food arrived it was cold. For a property that positions itself as a high-end luxury hotel, the service levels and staff attitude fell well below expectations. At the very least, the hotel should ensure that its advertised services accurately reflect what guests can actually expect during their stay .

Everything was good we paid for the upgraded room and it was nice with balcony. Just be aware in the weekend the middle court yard has nice music that you can hear in your room till about 11:30 pm

The Palazzo Doglio is a very elegant hotel situated within a modern plaza complex. This grand building has been renovated to a very high standard including at least four restaurants all offering Al fresco dining. It was a little haven to return to after a hot day of sightseeing around Cagliari. The staff were really friendly, readily providing information about the city and beautiful beaches of Sardinia. The rooms were clean, quiet and the balconies running round the hotel were a great space to relax and watch the bustle of the plaza from.

The staff was amazing. They took care of us even after we arrived late at like 3 AM the restaurant that they partner with had the most amazing food selection and they treated us like royalty. If you go to the restaurant, ask for Georgia she’s amazing.
