About this property

Just a stone's throw from Julia's house, Piazza Erbe, and Ponte Pietra—a quiet neighborhood

The two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower. The beauty of the lively yet quiet area, featuring small restaurants, bars, and amenities. Guests will appreciate that there is underground parking right beneath the house, that it is NOT in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), that the heart of the historic centre is just a two-minute walk away, and that the house itself is already located within the historic centre. Its proximity to the Roman Theatre and Ponte Pietra. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts—minimalist yet modern and new, having been recently renovated, with laminate oak flooring. Guests particularly appreciate the small balcony with a table and two chairs, as well as the privacy between the two non-adjacent bedrooms.
