Very easy check in and the apartment was very clean and close to everything in Verona. You can walk to everything. We walked from and back to the train station in about 25 minutes each way, but there are also buses and taxis. Will definitely stay here again. It was our best stay in Italy.

I would give it a 4.6, but It was hard to find the reception desk because it was on the first floor which in Europe is actually the second floor and it’s a hotel in the sense that it rents rooms, but the building is mixed use, so it’s more like a pensione. It was otherwise great. Clean, updated rooms with cool artwork and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location, and amazing view (our room faced the river). Quick and courteous response to questions from "remote" service staff. Room and bath are quite large, however needing a little renovation. Dropping luggage, picking up key, the garage opener, and reaching the particulars of the parking garage instructions can be challenging when staff is not available (our case). Many restaurants nearby, which is useful since the unit does not offer breakfast. Overall, a great value
