Property was good, clean and good air conditioning which was critical and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers in one room (stayed in Babuino). However, contrary to other reviews we found the area a bit dodgy with drugs being dealt outside etc. Definitely use Via S. Nazaro to walk to the old town not Via Venti Settembre. With a bit of effort the garden could be a really nice asset.

The room is a good size and the staff are friendly. My two concerns were the construction and area around the hotel and that there are no elevators, so not really great for older guests.

Lovely little property, the room was very cute and extremely clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful and met us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know. The hotel is located around a 20 min walk into the main area for Verona but really easy to navigate around. Just as a warning there us really no where to eat nearby so stay in the main area for bars and restaurants before heading back

Walkable location to the centre of Verona. Some great local cafes & bars too. Staff and facilities were lovely and felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend came and stayed for vacation and the location was perfect and accessible to all there is to do in Verona. Plus, at night when it got cold, we’d just ride a Lime scooter back to the hotel. The only thing we hoped was better was the shower! It looks great and modern but could be more efficient with a shower door to keep you warm in the shower and keep water from coming out. Additionally, we loved that there was a washeteria a couple minutes walk down the street. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay! :)

Welcoming in every way

I stayed there for two nights with my boyfriend as part of a stopover and were very impressed at the lengths the staff and the owners went to to make us feel welcome and included. The room was also very spacious and the communal garden was a very nice touch.

Positive: The hotel itself is good, it’s easy to communicate with the receptionist, there’s drinkable water by the reception, there’s kitchen but was too warm to be in, and the room I stayed at was big and cozy. It’s a bit far from the city center but very walkable. Negative: The entrance door isn’t easy to find because there isn’t a big sign on top of it. The sink in my room was a bit clogged and took a while to drain and the shower head was loose (I could have told the personnel but I was only staying for a couple of days). The location was a bit dodgy and I asked the receptionst about it and they said they’ve been out late before and nothing ever happened to them. Nonetheless, if I get to come back to Verona I’d definitely stay here again.
