The accommodation is very nice, about 15-20 minutes drive from Verona's Arena. We had our own car, so this was not a problem. Just consider this, when taking the decision of staying at this Best Western.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Maybe at one point in time but 2 star would be more than generous. The beds are uncomfortable, the carpets are old and shabby and the bathrooms are tiny with mould growing in the shower. The fixtures and fittings are tired and need replacing. The only saving grace is the staff. Every single one of them is friendly, chatty and very helpful. They went over and above!

La struttura andrebbe rimodernata insonorizzando meglio le camere. Inoltre in un "4 stelle" il cappuccino della macchinetta automatica si potrebbe evitare, mi sarei aspettata di poter usufruire del servizio bar, che invece era a pagamento.
