The stay here is always enjoyable and relaxing. This has been our second time staying here and they always go above and beyond. The property is always clean and the customer service is OUTSTANDING from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. We have made this our office hotel whenever we are in Vero Beach.

Personnel made this stay great

We rented a 2 room suite with a king, 2 queens and I believe a pullout. The rooms were ok but not huge. One bedroom had a desk/chair. The living room/kitchen is suitable for 4. It had 2 barstools and a loveseat. The kitchen is well equipped but you would only do sandwiches and snacks cause of the seating and the size. We waited to get into our room til 5 and then given a noon checkout. At 11:00, we were told our keys would no longer work. If you are with friends or family and rent 2 of these rooms, just know they are at opposite ends of the long hall. besides rooms are too small to gather. I have never seen so much seating in any hotel before; it was great, except, it was freezing! Breakfast is very good, different most mornings plus the standard waffles, cereal, bagels & fruit. On Monday, Tues & Wed, they have happy hour with soda, wine and beer and 3 hot appetizers. What really made this hotel for us was all the personnel - they are wonderful, especially the kitchen staff. We had alot of fun with them and they were always anxious to please. Don't forget to tip them, they work hard. Outdoors also has alot of seating, two grills and 2 firepits. We didn't get to use the pool due to the weather. Bed & pillows are comfortable but the bed was high.

Could be perfect

Staff were pretty friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, the whole property is very nice. It would be perfect, except for the “heated” pool. I made sure by email the importance of the heated pool, this was the main reason I chose this hotel. It was freezing cold and when I asked the front desk about it they said they wouldn’t be allowed to rise up the temperature. The pillows are awful and I am in pain. There’s no one that keeps the shape. There’s a Powerade bottle under the nightstand that seems to be there for a while, I found a hair on a clean plate in the kitchenette, old water bottle in the fridge, furniture and lamps were dusty. AC is REALLY dirty, we were 3 people, all of us non allergic and still had our noses congested the whole night. Bathroom, beds, floors and kitchen were very clean. So, some attention to details could be improved for the price we paid. But in general, it’s the best staff we met in years.

Good location, but price is too high

Ive stayed here several times mainly for location. My stay was 5 nights. The nightly price is high and my expectations are high. The sofa in my room was ripped. The shampoo dispenser did not work. I had to unload the clean dishes in the dishwasher when i checked in. Housekeeping did not replace dirty kitchen towels. Front desk was not as attentive or professional as in the past. I do appreciate the morning breakfast and happy hour service mon-wed, but kitchen staff is overly loud at times. The fitness room is very good. Overall, this is a nice place to stay but at $300+ a night, I expect more.
