We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful situated hotel. The rooms and the facilities are very nice and the view is absolutely stunning. The food (breakfast and the restaurant) were also very good (excellent wines). We would have appreciated a more flexible staff at the restaurant. We experienced it as too rigid.

For the price this is definitely not about customer experience. The location is great! The drive up is a bit stressful due to locals rushing up and down. And food options are little to none around the hotel. Also, staff is not very well trained to a high class service. Internet is also not the greatest. After all is an ok hotel as long as you don’t have a lot of expectations.
