The Pierpont Inn established in 1910. Is a nice reasonably priced old hotel/motel. Good views of the ocean, close. To the beach and downtown amenities, . clean room, tidy but people need to know it is right next to the 101 freeway. Could not be closer for traffic noise and the visual distraction of traffic whizzing by at 70 mph. If cheap enough it works all day.

The grounds are beautiful. The Inn is old but they are working on it. We love the big rooms because we are quilters and bring our machines, cutting boards, etc and there is still room to spread out and pin your quilt.
