Nice property. It's weathered, but of course it would be, since it is located in the harbor. We were fortunate to get a very large suite, which had a double-wide balcony that afforded a beautiful view of the marina.

The property most likely purchased by Marriott and updated as best as possible. The location is convenient but the condition of the property is average. The air conditioner in the room rattled all night. The floor was sticky. The carpet felt a little damp.

The property was nice and well located. Close to nice restaurants and stretch of beach. It was easy to catch our boat to Channel Islands. Our room was not pleasant though. Floors were dirty and sticky. Towels and sheets scratchy. Mattress and pillows were lumpy. AC worked but not well. Hopefully it was just our room.
