“Leura on Ophir” is a delightful double-storey family home in Ventnor just a short walk from the beach and comfortable drive to the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Access to the home downstairs is from the carport to a central hallway that provides access to Bedroom 3 (with 26" smart TV) and Bedroom 4, a Bathroom (with shower & toilet), and a fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer). Upstairs is the large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 55" smart TV & bluetooth speaker) that leads to Bedroom 1 which features a 32" smart TV (with BIR) and Bedroom 2 (with 32" smart TV), as well as another Bathroom (with shower & toilet). The first floor Balcony is accessed from the Living Room.
Outdoor Areas
The first floor rear covered Balcony (with gas BBQ & seating for 6 people) provides water glimpses. The downstairs covered Alfresco (with seating for 4 people) overlooks the fully enclosed block which is perfect for children and pets. There is a Single Garage (with fold up table tennis table) providing space for 1 car, plus a carport providing space for 1 car, and space for an additional 1 car in the driveway.
When inside, pets are please to remain downstairs and out of the bedrooms.

Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are three wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the home; one each in Bedrooms 3 & 4 and the upstairs Living Room, an electric heater in the upstairs Bathroom, plus two additional stand-alone heaters and fans which can be used where required. There is also a firepit in the rear yard (no wood provided).

We all really enjoyed our stay ay Leura on Ophir it was very comfortable and spacious and clean. The location was very ideal a short walk to the beach and even convenient for the pets to swim. The backyard spacious for the dogs to run and play and they had a lot of fun. All round we had a great time and wwould come back here anytime.
