Perfectly located in the historical center of Venice, in a district called Castello, few minutes away from the Biennale and 10/15 minutes away from Saint Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge.

It is on the ground floor and it has a living room with kitchen, a wide double bedroom (one double bed or two single ones and the possibility to add a single bed) and a bathroom with shower.

Supermarket, bars, restaurants and every kind of shop are nearby.

Located in a typical Venetian street, it is few steps away from the waterbus stop called Giardini Biennale, a very good starting point to reach the main attractions of the city: Saint Mark's Square, the Biennale Exhibition, the Rialto Bridge, Lido Beach, etc.

The train station, Piazzale Roma car/bus terminal and the airport are easy to reach.
