VILLA ANNA is a 10-minute bus ride from the historic center of Venice.
The area is quiet and peaceful, you can relax when you return home after a day in the fascinating and crowded Venice.
The apartment we offer is elegant and very spacious (140 square meters). It 'been renovated and furnished with care in June 2016!

Beautiful property which is in a quiet area and a short bus journey into Venice Central. Property is spacious with plenty areas to relax outdoors. It is situated in a quiet residential area with good options to dine with a supermarket & bakery nearby. 20 minutes Venezia Island

Very nice home. Clean and easy access. Host was responsive and easy to chat with. Avoid the high cost of staying on island and the crowds. Experience Mestre and enjoy. Easy walk to a supermarket and a bakery a block away.

Close to Venice sights

We loved this house for our first 2 nights in Italy! It was easy to communicate with our host on the app. The check-in was challenging because of language barriers but, with a lot of hand gestures and Google translate, we made it work. The house is large and gave us lots of room to relax. It's situated a short bus ride from Venice and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We found the local supermarket close by and a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner with a welcoming owner and staff.

Better than the pictures!

Our stay at Villa Anna exceeded our expectations. This house is actually so much better and more than what even the pictures of the listing show. Convenience to Venice was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the ice maker. As Americans we depend on ice in our water, and we had a freshly made abundance of it readily available. The one small negative we would mention is that the upstairs AC was not enough to keep us comfortable during the night. But the downstairs AC unit worked well and also was MOST appreciated! We would definitely rent here again, but next time it will be in the spring or fall.

Newly decorated property. Very clean & comfy & in a great location. Easy transport to Venice. 5 star restaurant literally around the corner. Missing a few basic items in kitchen items & we had to wait 30 minutes to get into the apartment, but otherwise the dwelling is excellent

Great location for Venice

We stayed here for the weekend while we visited Venice- great location and convenient. Short walk to bus and about 10-15 minute ride to Grand Canal. Host was very communicative and great host. Our flight was delayed and we got in quite late; they still met us there and went over everything late in the evening. Great amenities and very roomy for our family of 7 that traveled. Definitely recommend for a stay near Venice.

Short stay!

We were traveling with our adult daughters, this was our last stop, and we were pleasantly surprised. The home was spacious! It’s one train stop into Venice, there was a delicious restaurant down the street. Beds were comfortable, two bathrooms were a plus. After our girls departed, my husband and I went to stay in a fancy Venice hotel, accessible only by boat. We missed the convenience of being in a neighborhood that had reasonably priced food options and the ability to come and go without having to water taxi back and forth to the city. If we knew then, what we know now, we would have just stayed in the lovely home we started our Venice trip in.

Perfect Place to First Land Our Feet In Italy

Venice was our first destination on our Italian trip itinerary. Our lovely home was located in a charming residential neighbourhood just a ten minute tram ride into Venice. I wanted a restful place to stay after a busy day of traveling. Our home was very spacious for our family of five with all the comforts of home we required for a delightful stay. Thank you to our hostess and Julia who greeted us and addressed all our needs!

Very comfortable house in a great location

Great sized accommodation, very modern and clean, with every convenience for an enjoyable time. Unfortunately we were only there for two nights but would have liked to have stayed longer. Maghera is a lovely town around 10 minutes by local transport to Venice. We were met by Julia, but correspondence was with Erika who was very helpful with the booking arrangements. Julia gave us some very helpful information on the area including local restaurants.. Her restaurant is very close to the house and well worth a visit, it was excellent. With lots of menu choices including some great pizzas all at a very reasonable cost. If you are in this area you should stay here, plus don't miss Julia's restaurant. When we are next in this area we will definitely stay here. Thanks Julia and Erika.

Beautiful home, great location and host

This is a great home in a very nice neighborhood just outside of Venice proper. Nice shops, cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. 5 minutes to bus stop and a 15 minute bus ride into Venice. The owner, Erika, was very responsive and kind. Julia, the property manager, lives next door and was very kind/helpful. Can’t wait to stay here again during our next visit to Venice. Would recommend this property to family and friends.

The house very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are large and comfortable. Our hostess Julia was very helpful and provided lots of info on how to get to Venice, where to eat (be sure to go to her restaurant, everything we ate was delicious). I highly recommend this accommodation.

Home from home

An excellent location outside the hustle and bustle of central Venice but just a 12 minute bus ride out. The house is well equipped and very clean and has 4 double bedded rooms and 2 bathrooms with air conditioning. Julia welcomed us although we arrived much earlier than the check in time and was very informative about local facilities. We used the restaurant around the corner most evenings and the food was good and reasonably priced. There is a winery and bakery just a few yards from the house which were both exceptional. Despite all windows being mosquito netted unfortunately we were still bitten as we hadn't brought any repellants with us. We would definitely recommend for groups of families or friends.

This was my first stay at a VRBO and I must say that my visit to Villa Anna was beyond my expectations.The host Julia was exceptional and gracious. The house was beautiful and spacious. Julia supplied us with all that you can need in a home away from home. I would recommend Villa Anna to my friends and would definitely request this home for a second visit.

Perfect Escape in Venice close to everything!

If you are looking for space and and easy access to all that Venice has to offer, look no further! This rental has it all. Four beautiful bedrooms and two luxurious baths make this the perfect choice for your getaway. We were able to enjoy all that Venice has to offer with only a short bus ride that took us to the heart of downtown Venice. It was calming to come "home" after a stressful day with the crowds and relax and have all the things we needed close by such as shopping and groceries. We had a rental car, but we never used it the whole time we were visiting. The hosts are fabulous and took care of every last detail!

Lovely place!
