Great hotel! About 5-10 minutes walking distance from the train station which takes you to Venice in about 10 minutes. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Refused to allow me to move my booking one day

Accidentally booked one day later than I wanted. Within a minute of booking the nonrefundable room I reached out to the hotel and asked to move the stay back one day - they refused.

Great place in a location close to the train station. Very convenient for travel through the country and back and forth from Mestre to Venice. Not much in the immediate vicinity of the property, but a short walk toward the city center gives great dining options.

We enjoyed our stay, nice buffet breakfast, easy access and close to transportation. Nice and helpful staff. It would be great to have a small fridge(mini bar) and Napkins in the room.
