The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and very nice. The location is across from the train and an airport bus so very convenient. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby or an area you’d want to walk around but perfect otherwise. The hotel and rooms are clean, not roomy for big suitcases but we figured it out. The continental breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Huge variety, excellent presentation and delicious. I wish I had more room to try more things!

The staff were very helpful upon arrival. The building was clean and very close to the train station. The only issue we had with our stay was the cleanliness of our room. Unfortunately there were some stains along the walls and the mattress protector. There also appeared to be a leak on the bathroom ceiling which was visible from the discolouration of the ceiling.

Rooms are updated, industrial modern and clean. Lobby area could use a freshen up. Most of the staff is courteous and friendly. Outside the hotel is a bit sketchy. Cab to airport is expensive.

We choose the Best Western Tritone in Mestre because it was a 4-stars hotel and assumed it would have been a pleasant stay for 2 weekend night (August 8 and 9). he bathroom in our room had a lot of black mold. We asked to change room, but there was no 3-people room available. They sent somebody from maintenance to clean the mold with special products, but he could not remove anything. They told us we could possibly move to another room the next day. On Sunday we looked at 5 different rooms, in ALL of them the bathroom had mold, we did not change. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told that no manager works on the property during the weekend, only on weekdays! We were told to write our complaint using the portal we used for the reservation (Expedia) and somebody would be in touch. We did so the second day of our stay, but to this day (10 days later) nobody has replied. We also noticed that the wallpaper on the wall was torn apart, nobody fixed that either. The staff on duty during our stay was kind and polite, acknowledging the issues and apologizing that they could not resolve them. They reimbursed us for the breakfast and the parking, and that was nice. The location of the hotel is excellent (right in front of the train and bus station) but the hotel itself is not properly maintained or run. It should definitely not be ranked 4 stars.

Staff was courteous and guided us anytime we asked any questions. I had a small complaint against cleaning staff who weren't very pleasant to deal with. They didn't clean our room even with a tag hanging out which says "make my room" provided by hotel. Overall good experience and recommended for a stay.

Ideal location for transport links

The location was ideal for us. We came from the airport, it was a short walk to the hotel to the bus station and then the next day we headed to Venice via train. Hotel staff were very friendly, the room was modern and clean. There was plenty of choice at the continental breakfast as well.
