First there is another Best Western plus hotel once coming out of the railway station, it’s really easy to find the wrong one. The room’s lock deadbolt can’t be locked, and the staff told us all the rooms they have are the same, although there was no one breaking in at night, it’s less secure than it was supposed to be. Finally the interior was completely different from the image online, which was a bit disappointing .

The hotel is modern and well maintained. Very conveniently across the street from the train station with fast access to Venice!! Area around hotel isn't great but felt safe... only reason why 4 stars instead of 5. Great breakfast options and friendly staff!! Room was clean and modern (small).

The hotel is in very good location. You can take bus#2 just in front of the hotel to old town directly. The only thing I didn't like was the bed. Uncomfortable and noisy.
