Pros: Helpful friendly staff.
Nice hotel, helpful friendly staff. A little bit out of the way but only 15min walk to met railway then easy access to anywhere in Rome. Great restaurant and helpful, efficient staff. . Nothing a bother. Put breakfast package s together for us on the days we had early tours before restaurant was opened.

Good value and helpful staff

Very comfy, clean and safe hotel. Great buffet breakfast and free coffee and croissants always available through out day. Good internet access and staff spoke good english and were very helpful, concerning buses, multipasses etc ..... even helped print off our airplane boarding passes when lobby printer broken. Local buses to venice often packed when getting on stop opposite hotel, but that's just Venice for you. Very pleased with hotel and staff and would stay again and recommend to friends.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Service was great very nice staff.
Cons: Not much
Nothing nasty happened, it was clean, service was excellent, good value, very close to the railway station, ten min ride to Venice, twenty min bus ride to the airport.
